Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 77php platform. By registering an account or using any part of the 77php service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
A brief overview of the most important rules governing your 77php account and gaming activity.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 77php. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to be held by underage individuals are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
Each individual may hold only one 77php account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of accumulated balances and bonus credits without prior notice.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a 77php account. This age requirement is established in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 77php takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs identity verification procedures to enforce this restriction. Any account found to be held by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 77php platform is directed primarily at players in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before accessing the platform. 77php does not guarantee that its services are lawful in all locations from which they may be accessed.
2.3 One Account Rule. Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) 77php account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used — is strictly prohibited. 77php reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a suspected duplicate account holder and to forfeit all balances and bonuses without notice.
2.4 Account Information Accuracy. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account information promptly should any details change. 77php relies on the information provided during registration for identity verification and payment processing. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). 77php is required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of its members. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, or UMID card), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77php login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members. 77php will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.2 You must notify 77php immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. Notification should be made via the live chat support function available on the 77php platform.
3.3 77php recommends that all members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Philippine mobile number, available in the Account Security section of the member dashboard.
4.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made through the payment methods supported by the 77php platform at the time of the transaction, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Cebuana Lhuillier, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 77php does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the 77php account holder.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification completion, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal processing times are up to twenty-four (24) hours; VIP Gold and Black Diamond tier members may be eligible for same-day processing. 77php reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.3 Transaction Integrity. All transactions processed through the 77php platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 77php uses SSL-encrypted connections for all financial transactions. In the event of a system error or technical malfunction resulting in an erroneous credit or debit, 77php reserves the right to reverse the transaction and correct the account balance accordingly.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by 77php are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements communicated at the point of the offer. Where no specific terms are stated, the general bonus terms available on the 77php platform apply.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. 77php reserves the right to void any bonus or associated winnings where it determines that a member has attempted to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns.
5.3 The 77php VIP loyalty program — comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Black Diamond tiers — is governed by separate program terms available within the VIP section of the platform. Tier status, accumulated points, and associated benefits may be adjusted, modified, or discontinued by 77php at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected members.
5.4 77php reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and may not be exploited for guaranteed financial gain. Any member found to be abusing promotional terms will have their account reviewed and may be subject to account restriction or closure.
6.1 All games available on the 77php platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. It is the responsibility of the member to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager.
6.2 77php utilizes certified random number generation (RNG) for all non-live games. Game outcomes are determined exclusively by the certified RNG engine. 77php does not and cannot influence game outcomes after a wager has been accepted.
6.3 Any use of automated software, bots, exploits, or techniques designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited. 77php employs technical systems to detect such activity. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited gameplay techniques will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
6.4 In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result of a game on a member's device and the result recorded on 77php's servers, the server record shall be the authoritative record for all purposes.
7.1 77php is committed to responsible gaming and provides members with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings section of the member dashboard after login.
7.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, a member's account will be closed for all gambling activity and no marketing communications will be sent. 77php will make reasonable efforts to prevent the member from opening a new account during the exclusion period.
7.3 77php strictly enforces its 21-year minimum age requirement and will not knowingly permit gambling by individuals under that age. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 77php content without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.
9.1 The 77php platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77php makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any information presented therein.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77php shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a member's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 77php's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and the relevant regulations of the Philippine gaming authority. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 77php platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to mediation or arbitration under the rules of the applicable Philippine arbitration body. The language of all proceedings shall be English.
